School teaches you the NREMT.To work, you need to know your local protocols.

When you start working, you have to learn a whole new protocol set.

A · 01

Generic prep stops working day one

The NREMT was a baseline. The day you're hired, what matters is your agency's drugs, doses, and decision points. Nothing else trains on that.

B · 02

Highest-frequency. Every shift. Every call.

The protocols govern every drug you push and every decision you make. The highest-frequency thing in EMS, with no proper way to train on it. Until now.

Upload your protocol.Master it.

Three steps. No chart-building. No DIY flashcards. The pipeline does the busy work, you do the reps.

  1. ▸ STEP 01

    Upload your agency’s PDF

Statewide protocol set, county SOP, Word-doc procedure manual, the PDF that lives in your truck binder. Drop it in. Average upload: under 60 seconds.

    PDFs · flowcharts · tables · if-then logic
  2. ▸ STEP 02

    We extract the structure

Drugs, doses, decision points, algorithms, scenarios. Pulled out and indexed. Every quiz answer cites the exact page in your PDF so you can verify on the fly — and you can edit any extraction and data yourself.

Drugs · algorithms · scenarios · page citations
  3. ▸ STEP 03

    Quiz, learn, compete

Pharmacology drills. Algorithm trees. Real-world scenarios. Spaced-repetition Learn Mode for mastery, head-to-head Compete with your partner on shift, leaderboard for the world.

Game changer

Instant #1 app on my phone during shift. In a year this will be part of every agency's onboarding, mark my words. Compete mode has made even the curmudgeoniest paramedics I know get fired up to study again. 10/10.

I needed to learn the protocols I'd be using during my P school field internship. Every study tool I could find was generic NREMT prep. The other option was making flashcards from scratch. I knew there had to be a better way. Now there is.

FAQ.

What protocols does it work with?

Any full-length protocol document: medication formulary, treatment protocols, algorithms, procedures. That's what powers the scenarios, pharmacology quizzes, and algorithm tests. No preloaded NREMT filler. Your protocol set, exactly.

Is it accurate?

Every answer cites the exact page in your PDF. One tap and you're at the source. Nothing is generated outside the document you uploaded. In our testing it runs ~90% accuracy across the board on any EMS protocol — that's why you can edit any extraction and data yourself to fix any errors.

What kinds of quizzes are there?

Four kinds. Pharmacology quizzes cover adult and pediatric doses, indications, contraindications, routes, mechanisms, adverse effects, and side effects. Algorithm tests are pulled from your protocol flowcharts. Adaptive patient scenarios respond to your decisions. Learn Mode runs spaced repetition on the meds you keep missing. You pick the topic, difficulty, and length.

What does it cost?

Free, ad-supported. Optional paid upgrade clears the ads. No features paywalled behind premium.

Is there an Android version?

Android is coming soon. iOS only for now. Tap below to be notified the moment Android releases. The longer the list, the sooner it ships.
